The Aura Lift is more than a facial — it’s an immersive healing experience designed to balance your energy, support emotional release, and help your outer glow reflect your inner well-being. This treatment blends gentle, holistic skincare techniques with three powerful energy-healing practices: Reiki, Cosmoenergy, and Access Energetic Face Lift.
You don’t have to “believe” in energy work for it to benefit you — just come with an open mind and a willingness to receive. Every session is a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with yourself, release stagnant patterns, and invite in balance and radiance.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Before I begin my ritual, I'll provide you the space to set an intention for your session. This could be something you want to call in — peace, clarity, vitality — or something you’re ready to let go of — stress, self-criticism, tension. You can share your intention out loud or keep it private; the energy will meet you where you are. I will always ask the energy to only serve the highest good.
I incorporate tools such as smudging (with ethically sourced herbs), crystals chosen for their vibrational properties and connection to each chakra, and guided affirmations to help deepen your relaxation. Every element is selected with care and respect for the cultures and traditions that have used these tools for generations.
This is not attached to any religion — it’s simply a gentle, non-invasive way to bring your mind, body, and spirit into alignment.
The Energy Healing Modalities I Use
Reiki – A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that channels universal life force energy to support your body’s natural healing processes. I will work hands-on and in the subtle bodies, or aura, clearing blocks and releasing stagnation so energy can flow freely.
Cosmoenergy – A vibrational healing method that works with specific energetic channels to help clear blockages, harmonize your energy field, and support emotional release. This energy allows me to ask for specific healing, although it is intelligent and will flow where it is needed without direction.
Access Energetic Face Lift – A gentle hands-on process that works with the energies in and around your face and body, encouraging release of old energetic imprints and refreshing your appearance from the inside out.
Each of these methods work with the universal life force and personal energy field. Together they help restore flow, lift your spirit, and soften the energetic patterns that can weigh on both your face and your overall sense of well-being.

Your first Aura Lift may feel deeply relaxing, emotionally moving, or surprisingly energizing. Some people feel a shift right away; others notice changes over several days. For lasting benefits, we can create a plan that aligns with your goals — whether that’s a single rejuvenating reset or a series of sessions for deeper transformation.
We’ll adjust each session based on your intention for the day, your emotional state, and what your skin and energy field need most in the moment. Over time, you may notice not only a visible brightness and lift in your face, but also a greater sense of ease and connection with yourself.
